Challenge

Designing a regional trail platform required catering to hikers of all experience levels while accounting for extreme desert climates and remote areas. The main UX challenge was to logically structure trails by region and difficulty, present clear elevation and waypoint data, and seamlessly combine turn-by-turn GPS navigation with social feeds and reward mechanics without cluttering the map interface.
